Don't just learn it. Do it.
Every Lost Lesson runs on the same four steps. Three of them happen after the instruction stops — because a skill you've only watched isn't a skill yet.
Learn
From someone who actually does it.
Instruction from a working professional — not a lecture, not a worksheet. Twenty minutes of how it really goes, including the parts people get wrong.
Do
Practice the skill yourself.
The bulk of the workshop. Real scripts, real forms, real calls — practiced out loud in the room, with coaching while it's happening.
Prove
A quick digital knowledge check.
A short online reinforcement lesson plus scenario questions a few days later, while it's still fresh. No grades, no busywork.
Take it home
Use the skill in real life.
One real-world mission completed independently at home. Nobody finishes by watching — you finish by doing it for real.
Less "Mom, can you do this?" More "I've got it."
The programme is built to create structured moments where you can hand a real responsibility over and know your teen has already practiced it. After each workshop you get a short email:
- 01
What your teen learned
- 02
What they practiced in the room
- 03
Their at-home challenge
- 04
How to support them without taking over
The online half
A few days later, your teen logs in to a five-to-ten minute reinforcement lesson, a short scenario-based check, and their at-home mission to mark complete. It's a list of skills to unlock, not a course portal.
